Gornergrat Railway: A glorious view of the Gornergrat glacier and the iconic Matterhorn

The Gornergrat bahn offers easy access to the best Gornergrat glacier views as well as unique views of the Matterhorn. Unfortunately, the clouds blocked our best Matterhorn views on the day that we went, but the views were impressive nonetheless.

As you walk down, there are more view points of the Matterhorn including unique ones over a lake as well as artistically informative ones like my attempt below (the clouds were not working with me that day).
